Total time for 4 person team is 2:00 +/-5sec.  Total time for 5 person team is 2:45+/-5sec.

Time for on scene reporter is 45sec +/-3sec.

The script for the TV announcer must be written/typed LARGE on computer or hand-written on papers.  Teleprompter advances on-screen powerpoint or changes hand-written papers.

The on scene reporter will be reporting on something goofy – the sky falling or Godzilla in Mobile or an alien sighting or whatever.  The scenario and basic idea must be written down and approved.  It does not need to be written down verbatim.

TV announcer and on scene reporter must have a collared shirt and tie.  I can provide.

SMILES – TV announcer, on scene reporter, and meteorologist must smile at least 4 times each.

Must have 2nd report to make by the TV announcer once the on scene report is concluded.

4 – person team:  Make sure on scene reporter does not need to talk to the victim at the very beginning or very end of the on scene report so they have time to transition from/to being teleprompter.
