8:15 AM Throws Implement Certification in track garage…Please arrive early to avoid delays!!
9:15 AM Throws Implement Certification ends.
9:00 AM Long Jump followed by Triple jump. (must have 2 athletes for relay score)
Boys east runway. Girls west runway. (must have 2 athletes for relay score)
9:15 AM Girls Pole vault followed by boys (must have 2 athletes for relay score)
9:30AM Girls Shot Put followed by Boys Shot Put (must have 2 athletes for relay score)
* Running events will be on a rolling time schedule:
9:15 AM 100/110m Hurdles (Girls followed by Boys: must have 2 athletes for relay score)
4x800 (Girls followed by Boys)
300m Hurdles (Girls followed by boys: must have 2 athletes for relay score) 4x100 (Girls followed by boys)
Distance Medley (Boys: 800-400-1200-1600)

• Athletes in the horizontal jumps and throws will receive 4 attempts (no finals).
• Shot Put & Discus throws may be taken two at time to expedite the competition (2 + 2).
• First legal attempt will be measured regardless of distance. After first legal attempt, all efforts must meet the minimum standard to be measured.
